I didn’t always know my voice.
For years, I shaped myself to fit expectations; of performance, of professionalism, of perfection. I did what strong women do: I showed up, I delivered, I led. But somewhere along the way, I lost connection with who I was outside the metrics, the meetings, the masks.
What I’ve learned, through lived experience, years of coaching, and walking beside other leaders, is that leadership without self-integration isn't sustainable. You can only white-knuckle your way through so many seasons before something breaks.
That’s why this work matters to me.
Because too many brilliant, heart-led leaders are burning out trying to hold it all together. And I believe with everything in me that leadership should liberate, not confine. That finding your voice, your true, unfiltered, unapologetic voice, isn’t just a personal victory; it’s a leadership imperative.
I’ve spent over a decade in leadership development, coaching, and strategic transformation, supporting senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams in industries ranging from government to real estate. I’ve designed leadership programs that span continents and facilitated workshops that bring clarity to complexity. But none of that matters if people don’t feel seen.
So, I built Amber-Lea Speaks to bring humanity back into the conversation. To create spaces where vulnerability isn’t weakness, it’s the gateway to real connection and courageous leadership.
