So... I Missed Posting Last Week. Here's What I Found Out.

I meant to write to you last week. I really did.

But between working full-time, building this next chapter, and trying to be a whole human in the process... I hit a wall. A soft, sneaky kind of burnout. The kind you only notice when you realize your creativity feels more like pressure than play.

So, I gave myself the space to pause.

And in that pause, a few important things happened:

I had a major health win (!!!) that required my full presence. I won’t share all the details yet, but it reminded me how easy it is to put everything else before your body, and how powerful it is when you finally stop doing that.

I finally started a podcast.
Not the polished, SEO-perfect kind. Not a crime doc. Not a productivity guru’s 7-step plan to $7-figures. Just… a quiet space. For truth-telling.

For those little reflections I’ve been carrying in my chest, waiting for someone to say, “me too.”

It’s called Unpolished Truths. Short. Soft. Soulful.
No advice. No pressure.
Just honest moments from the messy middle, where I know so many of us are quietly living and growing.

Episode 1 is called “More Than a Body.” It’s a reflection on identity, shame, and self-worth, and a tender reminder that we are never just what we look like, weigh, or produce.

So, here’s what I found out last week:

I can’t do this the way everyone else does.
And I don’t want to.

I want to lead from softness. From honesty. From rest.
I want to create things that feel like breath, not obligation.
And I want to keep building this space with you, not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who is still deep in the questions.
