What a Job Test Reminded Me About Who I Am

We’ve all done them, a job or career test.

I took a career personality assessment recently, and the results stopped me in my tracks. Not because they were surprising, but because the answers were right on.

It said I’m an Altruist: imaginative, collaborative, and driven by purpose.

And for the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel like I had to earn that identity. I just had to claim it.
